This year's Congress will be the next step in bringing together our Scientists from arround the world. Our mission of connecting individuals into the national Academic Community has began in September 2006 when we organized our first Congress that provided outstanding outcomes, confirming the general need for such scientific event. The 1st Congress itself had over 200 participants, consisted of both domestic and foreign delegates coming from 21 countries, respectable Scientists, Academics, political representatives and individuals representing public opinion, journalists, etc.

The Delegates have expressed their strong belief that the Admission of our country to the European Community and its integration into the global research and development, and socio-economical trends is only possible by harboring and promoting our national intellectual values at the same time.

The main goal of the 2nd Congress is setting up a base for future incorporation of science and research into the educational, economical, cultural and political framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina's development plan. The outcomes of our joined efforts on scientific improvement and its promotion are also influencing the national sociological and political development of our country.

This year's Congress will provide and discuss essential information on a wide range of issues, through plenary sessions and discussions. The exact program will be determined upon receiving the applications from participants. While evaluating the individual interests expressed within the applications, the Congress will be divided into main sections and sub-sections, according to the scientific categories determined this way.
